OUR ROOMS
Villa Maria
The space
Villa Niki is situated on the first floor of the building.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen - living room area and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests:
1st bedroom: 1 double bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests)
2nd bedroom: 1 double bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests)
3rd bedroom: 2 single beds (for 2 guests)
Living room: 1 double sofa bed (for 2 guests)
It is equipped with:
Basic cleaning will be provided every 3 days (including changing the bed sheets and bath towels).
Guest access
Our guests will have access to Villa Niki, which has its own private entrance and covers the whole first floor of the building. There is also a private balcony area for you to relax and enjoy your meals.
Moreover, our guests will have access to the swimming pool, a spacious enclosed yard and a BBQ area with a big dining area (all these are shared between the guests of our three villas).

Villa Xenia, which is standing alone on a separate private building on the other side of the plot, 50m away from Villa Maria & Niki.
Villa Xenia can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests:

2nd bedroom: 1 double bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests)
3rd bedroom: 2 single beds (for 2 guests)
